Apple Crumb Wontons

After searching for mini apple recipes and not finding one that really had everything I wanted I came up with one of my own!! These Apple Crumb Wontons are really yummy, too!

First you get a mini muffin pan and spray with Pam. Then put a wonton in each muffin cup.

Next you need to peel, core and chop up 2 granny smith apples. In a sauce pan over medium heat add 1/4 cup sugar, 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of water. Mix together and add apple. Let cook about 10 minutes.

Put spoonful of the apple mixture into each wonton.

In a small bowl add 2 tablespoons of room temperature butter, 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup of flour. Using a fork mix together until you get a crumbly mixture.

Now sprinkle crumb mixture on top of each apple wonton.

Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until wantons are golden brown. Serve while still warm! Makes 24.

I hope you enjoy these!!
Have a wonderful week!
