It was a wonderful 14 Days of Valentines!  I love showering my guy with love!  Hope you all had a wonderful Valentine's Day!

Days 4, 5, 6, and 7 of Valentines

Wow I am behind on my 14 days of Valentines! Well not behind on giving them to my sweetie, but behind on sharing them with all of you!

Day 4

So Saturday I hid these Cheetos on his couch and after a few walk-by's he found them!

Day 5

I waited all day to put this one out. Hard to find a hiding place when he is home with me so just set this one by his toothbrush around 6 Sunday evening.

Day 6

My guy is trying watch what he eats and I have been giving him lots of sweets so I got him some yummy banana chips! Sunday night while he was wrapped up in the Super Bowl I went and hid these in his car. He found them as he was living for work!

Day 7

Going to hid this in his sock drawer after he is asleep so he will find them Tuesday morning!

Wow! Hard to believe we are half way through the 14 days of Valentines already! I gotta get busy and get the rest of them ready! So far it has been loads of fun and he seems to be loving it!

Freaky Friday & Day 3...

It is Freaky Friday over at scrapfreak & this week's challenge is softness! Create a LO using soft colors, lace and large amounts of neutral space. I did this LO of my brother and Carrie on there wedding day.

Day 3 of the 14 days of Valentines!

If you watch basketball you know that a school in Western Kentucky is the ONLY undefeated team in the NCAA! That is Murray State University!! GO RACERS! On cold evening in February 1995 I was spending the night with a friend at the Embassy Apartments because I had a big test the next morning. Her neighbor ended up having a few of his frat brothers over to celebrate because he was elected President. I tried my best to study, but ended up over at Bobby's and from across the room I saw Kevo and knew I had to met this guy. By the end of the evening we had met and had a really great talk. The next week Bobby told me that I was invited to a family party at the Sigma Chi house because Kevin wanted to see me again! WOOHOO! So I grabbed a couple friends and went. Later that evening he asked me out on a date and I said yes! A week later we went on our first date to the Apple and the rest is history!

Here we are 17 years later--my sweetie getting his gift!

Just what he had been wanting a new Murray State T-Shirt!

Of course, I had to get myself one, too!

Day 2

Day 2 of 14! My sweetie is not much a sweets person, but he does love some sour/tart candy! So I made him a special Valentine's day bag and filled it with warheads, lifesavers, jelly beans and twizzlers! Those are few of his fav's!

I left it hanging on the garage door so he would find it when he left for work this morning! When I got to school today I had a email thanking me for all the good candy! So I would say this day was another success!

Day 3 should be a great day for us! We both took tomorrow off and are going to take the boys to school, Gabby to the groomer and then get us a good breakfast! We get to spend the whole day together!

14 days of Valentine's: Day 1

I instantly got super excited when I saw this awesome idea--14 days of Valentine's! I couldn't wait to make a list and come up with cools ways to tell my guy how much I love him! Why shower the one you love just on Valentine's day when you can make it 14 fun days of love!

Day 1:

Pop Rocks because my guy rocks! Really he does! He has been rocking out on stage as long as I have known him! To me he is my ROCKSTAR! Check out the picture below of him rocking it out during our college days!

I hid them in the pocket of his lunchbox hoping he wouldn't find them till got to work! I also sent him a email that he would get when he got to work informing him that today starts his 14 days of Valentine's. I explained that over the next 14 days he needed to be on the lookout for Valentine's from me!

He did get his email and within the hour found his Valentine! Now I can't wait for Day 2 to get here and all the other days of surprises! I wish I could share them all with you now, but he reads my blog and I don't want to spoil it for him!
